2. Third-party dependencies
Cited depends on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, billing, email, monitoring data, and optional Slack delivery. Degradation of those providers can affect the Service even when Cited’s application layer is functioning.
3. If something looks wrong
Check troubleshooting docs, confirm your workspace billing and notification settings, and contact support with timing and feature details.
Reported issues do not, by themselves, entitle customers to refunds, credits, or damages beyond the Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
